We will be meeting weekly to meditate and discuss Buddhist principles. The meditation will be twenty minutes of a combination of guided and silent meditation. We will then listen to a dharma talk regarding some aspect of Buddhist philosophy or psychology. We will end each meeting with a discussion of the talk or any other aspect of our practice.
