The Social Justice Circle holds the Animal Ministry, Black Lives Matter, Green Sanctuary, and Welcoming CongregationCommittees. In addition, we have a Direct Service/Action Committee that includes clinic escorts and PADS volunteers. Our community partners are Unitarian Universalist Advocacy Network of Illinois(UUANI), DuPage United, Unitarian Universalist Prison Ministry of Illinois (UUPMI), and YaYA Justice. The Home & Gardens Circle manages the upkeep and care for both the church and the religious education buildings and the nearly acre lot that they both inhabit. The church was built in 1889, designed by the Rev William Channing Gannett, a friend and contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright.
