MANNA Form (PDF)

What is Manna?

MANNA is a fund raiser, sponsored by UCH, involving the purchase of retail gift cards at a discount, thereby, offering the purchaser (you) dollar for dollar value on the purchase of the cards.  The gift cards are for retail stores many of us use most often anyway, such as grocery, entertainment, gasoline, clothing, etc.

How much money is raised for UCH through the MANNA program?

A typical order of cards is $7000-10,000, of which UCH earns approximately 5% or about $500. A typical year has netted $2500 to the operation of UCH. More participation (monthly) provides more support to UCH.

How do I get the MANNA gift cards?

Fill out a MANNA order form ( print form this web site or pick up a form downstairs in the Alice Warren room at UCH), attach a check for the total of the cards you are ordering, and return to the file folder in the Alice Warren room or turn into the church office in the RE building

What is the MANNA ordering schedule?

Order forms are due and picked up from the file folder in the Alice Warren Room or church office the first Sunday of each month and cards will be available in the Alice Warren Room the third Sunday of each month.

Do I have to be a member of UCH to participate in MANNA

No you do not, in fact we would encourage  UCH members give an order form or sell gift cards to family and friends, as a way of supporting UCH.

Any hints for participation?

MANNA cards can be great stocking stuffers or graduation gifts. Plan ahead and plan your retail purchases around use of your MANNA cards. Order monthly.

Who can I contact if I have questions?

Dana White is the MANNA coordinator at 630-910-6557 or email ddws69@earthlink.net.
