And we’re putting our money where our mouth is. We have encouraged our church fund managers to use Investment of church assets to benefit the environment. There are numerous companies and funds that invest in ways that avoid harm to the planet, as well as technologies and industries—such as wind, solar, and tidal energy—that aim squarely at global warming. We continue to review these investments to find the ones that benefit the earth while bringing a good return on our money. We have made that information available to the members of our congregation, so that they, too, can “do good while doing well.”
